University of Missouri - Alpha Gamma Sigma Fraternity House

Klingner & Associates was proud to provide the following professional design services for the new Alpha Gamma Sigma chapter fraternity house, at the University of Missouri.

With an expedited timeline of only five months, Klingner provided plans and specifications and assisted the owner in securing construction bids for the construction of the new Alpha Gamma Sigma Chapter House at the University of Missouri.  Klingner also provided plans and specifications for the demolition of the former chapter house, located on the same site.  Using Klingner’s approach to break the overall project down into two bidding phases, allowed total project timeline from start of conceptual design to final completion, to last only twenty months.

 

Project Overview:

  • 20,000 square feet distributed between four floors
  • Living spaces for 56 men: standard requirements for 54 men,
  • ADA accessible living space for 2 men
  • House features: kitchen and dining area, house mother apartment, alumni room, recreation room, laundry room and a study room
