Enhancing the transportation network is what drives us.
Our seasoned engineers bring a personal approach to every project — collaborating with clients to find reliable, safe, and cost-effective improvements for local, county, and state infrastructure.
When it comes to designing public infrastructure such as streets, highways, and bridges, trust is essential.
The engineers at Klingner have designed or rehabilitated over 400 roadways, freeways, streets, and bridges projects in the past 15 years alone. These tried and tested teams have coordinated and developed all phases of work orders — including initial studies, final designs, and construction inspection — for municipalities, counties, and Departments of Transportation.
They’re also the ones doing the work. The team you meet and communicate with are the same individuals designing your project, ensuring consistent quality from start to finish.
Cohesive services lead to successful projects. Klingner’s full transportation capabilities include:
Early and clear coordination is essential. We assign project managers as the single point of contact for all inquiries, deliverables, and deadlines from authorization to close-out. Before the project begins, Klingner’s engineers will work with you to define the scope of services – outlining tasks, schedule, deliverables, and other work requirements specific to your project.
Combined with our regular internal meetings, monthly client updates, and peer reviews, this tool is instrumental in maintaining our high levels of plan accuracy and project documentation.
Klingner Bridge Engineers are trained in a variety of bridge design software, including CONSYS, RISA 3-D, MDX, and AASHTOWARE. Our Roadway design teams are proficient with MicroStation, Geopak, and AutoTurn, as well as Open Roads, a 3D design program capable of integrating with contractor’s equipment for more accurate and efficient construction.
