What makes us so successful? Really great people.
We’re proud of the camaraderie we see across our locations — within each department and on our multidisciplinary teams. Klingner hosts company and office gatherings multiple times per year to strengthen connections within our staff. From office cookouts to family-friendly baseball games, group volunteering to the corporate Christmas party, you’ll get a chance to know the people you work with as people. It’s easy to find innovative solutions when you know you belong to a group that has your back.
It also makes rejoicing in each other’s successes that much more meaningful. Each year, Klingner recognizes milestone anniversaries, new employees, and those who are consistently raising the bar. Internally, we also share our personal achievements in a firmwide newsletter. It’s more than recognition — it’s a genuine celebration of what makes us us: our team.
