What happens after you submit your pre-application? Here’s what you can expect:
We encourage all applicants to include a cover letter letting us know why they’re the perfect fit for the position. Design positions may also ask for a portfolio. Make sure you’re showcasing the best of your work.
Recent college graduates may also need to provide a transcript at the Full Application stage of the process.
For your convenience, your first interview will be either a conference call or virtual meeting. If you advance to the next stage, we’ll let you know where your interview will be. Typically, in-person interviews are held in the position’s hiring office.
The interview process is all about making sure you’re a good fit for the position — and that we’re a good fit for you! Be prepared to tell us why you want this position, highlight your skills and goals, and explain how you see yourself fitting with the team.
