Project Summary
A mixture of upscale, single-family residences and charming villas define the Stone Crest subdivision on the south side of Quincy. The land is divided into 44 spacious lots with multi-family residences (11 units) near the front of the subdivision.
As you travel inwards, a series of culs-de-sac connect the larger, single-family lots (44) to provide a sense of seclusion. A nearby wooded creek also offers the subdivision’s largest homes a peaceful cover to obstruct neighboring developments and the perfect natural grading for walkout basements and private outdoor spaces.
