Century Heights Subdivision Addition

Project Summary

The Century Heights subdivisions have grown to include an estimated 400 homes and condos within recent years. Three additions are planned, platted, and engineered as part of the development’s master plan, with 80 acres of preliminary mass grading completed.

For the subdivision’s most recent additions, Klingner completed all platting work for submittal and approval by the City and utility companies. A boundary survey, topographic survey, and utility coordination were performed to establish existing conditions of the site. This information was used by Klingner’s engineers to develop a grading plan, along with sanitary sewer, watermain, and storm sewer systems.
