Long-time employee Megan Peters has been named Klingner’s Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Peters, who has been with Klingner for 14 years, will play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting talented professionals to Klingner. Over the past 10 years, Klingner has opened five Regional Offices across Illinois, Missouri, and Iowa. New opportunities for engineers, architects, interior designers, and technicians are created annually as the firm continues to grow. Peters will coordinate open positions, schedule interviews with prospective candidates, manage the firm’s university and college presence, and facilitate the onboarding experience.

By pairing talented candidates with new positions, Peters’ efforts will keep Klingner at the forefront of innovation and excellent service.

Peters has a background in sales, conducts market research on behalf of Klingner, and has been an asset to the firm as a marketing coordinator. She holds a bachelor of arts in communication from Millikin University.
