Project Summary
Klingner provided all services for the design and construction oversight of this 5,246 SF branch banking facility with a main floor and mezzanine level. The facility also included a full basement, two public entrances, and a covered drive-up area with two teller lanes and an ATM lane. The work included all necessary site construction, including two new entrance drives, paved parking, new sidewalks, ramp, and exterior concrete steps.
Specific mechanical / electrical design included plumbing plans and isometrics; details and schedule; mechanical details and schedules; and electrical and lighting plans, details, schedules and lighting controls. The project included a hot water radiant snow melt system for the facility sidewalks.
