Project Summary
Klingner provided landscape architecture and civil / site engineering for a new employee park and office expansion. The design included walking trails; an ornamental pond, which included a waterfall and spray feature; a park shelter; a small smoking shelter; ornamental and native landscaping; an open lawn for outdoor activities; irrigation; and a native prairie area. As the building sat at a lower elevation than the surrounding site, extensive work was required to provide proper drainage and ADA accessibility.
