Luke Miller, PLS, has been named Branch Manager of the Klingner & Associates, P.C. (Klingner) Davenport location. In addition to supervising Davenport staff, Miller will be responsible for coordinating office operations, projects, and goals.
Miller, who joined the firm as a Senior Land Surveyor in 2020, coordinates survey crews and services in Iowa and Illinois. He has 21 years of experience providing numerous boundary and topographic surveys, the creation of easement and Right-of-Way documents, and record research. Major projects since joining Klingner have included the Forest Grove Road Phase III survey and the Riverstone Crossing subdivision development.
Miller is an executive board member of the Illinois Society of Professional Land Surveyors and is licensed in Illinois and Iowa. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Southern Illinois University.
