With 32 years of experience at Klingner, Cullan is a Landscape Architect with a diverse background in mixed-use, parks and recreation, and industrial design. As the office manager, he is excited to return to his Southeast Missouri roots to expand Klingner’s fully integrated design capabilities in the region.
