Bleigh Construction wrapped up construction on Phase I of the Hannibal Riverfront redevelopment project this November.
The first phase of this highly anticipated redevelopment project included construction of the new marina, public boat ramp, boardwalk and walkways, and docking for river boats. With Phase I complete, the riverfront can now open to the public.
