Responsibilities:

  • Work and present ideas in a team environment as well as self-manage and self-motivate in a creative workplace.
  • Provide mentorship to other architects as well as interior design and design staff.
  • Participate and collaborate in design reviews, charettes, and pin-ups.
  • Work with the project manager to supervise the design and technical development of the project.
  • Produce and coordinate the production of all project graphic deliverables, including diagrams, concept plans, documentation execution, construction plans, and details to ensure quality control and completion.
  • Resolve challenging technical / design issues with the team to produce innovative, technical, and constructible solutions.
  • Be able to focus on concurrent projects in various stages of development.
  • Work directly with project managers and design team members at each project phase to coordinate the schedule and make sure the team is staying within budget.
  • Maintain awareness of evolving building materials and technology.
  • Develop scopes of work and opinions of probable cost.
  • The ability to travel occasionally to support project tasks.
  • Technical experience in leading construction administration efforts.
  • Review shop drawings, material samples, and construction documents for conformance with design.

Qualifications:

  • 5-15+ years of experience, with at least 3 years of experience successfully leading Architecture / Interior Design Projects.
  • Degree from an accredited university in Architecture or Design.
  • Licensed Architect.
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Enscape or other rendering software, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Cloud required.
  • Ability to travel occasionally to support project tasks.
  • Knowledge of building code and construction methods
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully lead project design within schedule and budget.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.

NOTE: Portfolios must be submitted for all design positions (Architecture, Interiors, Planning, etc). Interest Forms without work samples will not be reviewed. Portfolios should highlight your role on the project(s) and be one PDF attachment, 10-20 pages, maximum 5 MB. Submit portfolios as part of your Interest Form in the section where you are asked to upload your Resume or CV.
