Senior Geological Engineer; Branch Office Manager; Director; and Vice President of Information Technology. Mr. Bross is directly involved with the preparation of Leaking Underground Storage Tank (LUST) and RCRA investigation, corrective action reports, site classification work plans, risk-based corrective action solutions. He provides engineering expertise on levee & drainage districts on the Upper Mississippi River, conducts Indoor Air Quality assessments including mold and asbestos investigations, provides geotechnical consultation on footings and foundation for buildings and civil works projects, and manages a Corps of Engineers MTC-validated material testing laboratory that provides construction material testing and special inspection services for buildings and civil works projects throughout the region.
