Drainage and flood control has been a key service provided by Klingner & Associates, P.C. since 1905.
We are a founding member of the Upper Mississippi Flood Control Association (now U.M.I.M.R.A); representing river interests to over 200 entities in Illinois, Missouri and Iowa.
