Ordering a Survey:

We need to know who you are, how to reach you, where the property to be surveyed is, and what type of survey you want.  Data for our management system is entered from our standard work order form.  The Illinois and Missouri Work Order Addenda describe various types of surveys.  We review our records to see what control points on the ground may be available to work from and send you the completed work order with our preliminary opinion of what the work will cost.  You review the work order, and if you wish to proceed, sign it and return it to us.  We will then schedule your survey.  You could begin this process by filling out the appropriate information on the standard work order form and the appropriate Work Order Addenda (Illinois / Missouri).   After filling in the information blocks on the forms, please print the forms and fax or mail to us at the below address.
