Klingner and Associates provides professional engineering/architectural services on a consulting basis. These services can be utilized to meet the engineering/architectural needs of individuals, industrial and commercial businesses, municipalities, and governmental agencies. The engineering/architectural services provided, at the discretion of the client, can include any or all of the following: feasibility studies, preliminary investigations and reports, field surveys, preparation of design plans, specifications and contract documents, construction management, materials testing, and preparation of project record documents.

The firm engages in engineering services for the supply, treatment, transmission and distribution of water; the collection, treatment, and reclamation of wastewater; environmental assessments and remediations; drainage, levee district, and flood control; industrial facilities; commercial facilities, street, highway, bridge and airport design; urban and regional planning; parks and recreational facilities; structural design and rehabilitation; surveying; geographic information systems (GIS); architecture; and other related services. Members of the firm hold professional licenses as Professional Engineers, Structural Engineers, Land Surveyors, Architects, Landscape Architects, Interior Designers, and Geologists in the states of Illinois, Iowa, Missouri, and Wisconsin.
