Klingner & Associates provided professional design services for reconstruction of the Flinn Stadium Parking Lot.  Our firm's services included civil plans and specifications, electrical for lighting, topographic survey, and pavement cores and report. Provided reinforced PCC pavement at the parking lot entrances and for school bus parking, recycling of the remaining existing pavement by pulverizing, compacting, and resurfacing with hot-mix asphalt, parking lot striping with curbed islands, lighting, drainage improvements, and other miscellaneous associated work.
