Klingner & Associates, P.C. provided design and construction services for the replacement of the existing Hannibal Community Pool.

Services included:

• Meetings to gather input and programming requirements for the new facility.
• Schematic and final design for the pool facility, including spray play elements, slides, shade structures, diving facilities and other pool amenities.
• Schematic and final design of the site, including grading and drainage, parking, recreational shelter, landscaping and lighting.
• Architectural services to rehabilitate the existing bath house including new plumbing fixtures, ADA upgrades and a new roof.
• Leak repair and prevention measures for the salvaged and reused pool basin which now has virtually no leakage.
• Bidding and contract documents.
• Construction administration and inspections.
