Klingner Hannibal office provides Study & Report for Ralls County Sheriff’s office

The Hannibal Arch Dept. was awarded the Ralls County and Sheriff’s Office Architectural Study & Report.  This is an 1868 structure in need of major rehabilitation in order to preserve the facility and replacement of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and computer wiring to enable the continued use by Ralls County. This was a challenge as it had to be completed in a short time frame. The study is now completed and submitted to the client and the rehabilitation of the building is currently awaiting funding.

St. Peter Church & School Phase I nearly complete

St. Peter Church and School Phase I is nearly complete, with the new narthex or gathering room addition finished in time for Easter services. A four classroom school addition has also been completed and was occupied March 30th.  Phase II of the project will include church sanctuary and school classroom renovations as well as construction of a new school entrance.  This project began its planning in 2005 and will result in a secure environment for the school children and resolve several issues with the campus facilities, the most prominent being handicap accessibility.
