Engineering/Architecture (E/A)

Surveys

Land Surveys and Topographic Surveys. Work is billed on an hourly basis in accordance with a standard work order agreement. An estimate of cost is provided.

Short Form E/A agreement

Small engineering or architectural projects such as structural inspections, site evaluations, and water tank inspections. Work typically done on an hourly basis or fixed fee. Projects fees under $2,500.00.  Please fill out the appropriate information, print the form and submit to us, either by mail or fax.

Small E/A Projects

Small engineering or architectural projects for a client developed scope of work. Small building projects, limited E/A services, waterline extensions, sewer extensions, etc. Usually project fees under $10,000.00. Work typically done on an hourly basis or fixed fee.

Standard EJCDC/AIA Agreement

Full services for study and report, preliminary plans, final plans, bidding assistance and construction services. Larger projects require several client/design professional meetings to develop Scope of Work. Payment methods include percent of construction cost, fixed fee, phased fixed fee and hourly.

Design/Build

Design Build projects are provided by a project team of design professional(s) and contractor(s). The team provides a customized, turn key project of design and construction for the client. The client is provided an estimated fee or fixed fee based on the preliminary design developed independently or by the team design professional. Detailed plans are developed concurrently with construction activities.
